UK Stalking

Field sports in Great Britain have an enviable safety record, largely based on self control, and respect for others rights.

For this reason, we like to meet and assess our new clients at an initial accompanied stalking or rifle shooting visit.

Initial Visit for UK Clients.

Your initial visit will normally be arranged during a weekday, on a one to one basis, for convenience using an estate close to your home. If you are new to stalking or do not yet own a rifle and equipment, then the visit can be instructional, and an estate rifle is normally available.

Accompanied Stalking.

The private estates that we use have been carefully selected, and are mainly heavily wooded with a good deer population of various species which are culled by a selective shooting plan based on annual census and observation of deer population.

Deer stalking rights are licensed or leased to us for both short and long term periods by landowners. We are able to offer stalking on estates in most areas of the UK to suitable clients.

Once you have decided which part of the country you would like to visit, we will advise you of an estate which will be suitable. Time(s) and date(s) will be selected which will allow you to be in position to take maximum advantage of the period when the deer are active.

Selective shooting (culling) is practiced by us, where by the deer are approached using the skills of woodcraft and the understanding of deer lore.The object being to shoot the right deer, in the right place, at the right time for the safe and humane shot to be taken.

The estates are equipped with High Seats, which will allow you to have a commanding view of the location, whilst ensuring the safety of your shot.

However hunting on foot with your guide is also possible, and in some cases experienced clients may be allowed to hunt on foot in specific locations.

Game trophies can be prepared for mounting or taxidermy and after meat inspection, the venison is available for you to purchase from the estates as a whole field dressed carcass.
